Mental Health

The University's Mental Health Adviser (MHA) is Pauline Quinn and offers confidential services such as:

  • Advise and support to student with mental health difficulties
  • Advise and support for students with course related issues
  • Provides help to access/link students with local community support services
  • Provides advise to staff on all Campuses
  • Provides Mental Health Awareness & Applied Suicide Intervention Skills(ASIST)training to all staff
  • Provides Counselling to Staff and students across the Campuses ( for weekly diary see below)

To Make an Appointment with the Mental Health Advisor

The Mental Health Advisor is based at Jordanstown Monday to Friday

Arrangements can be made for appointments to be held at Magee, Belfast or Coleraine through the student support staff at Jordanstown .
